Went with S.A., who has committed to the rest of my 26 hikes for the year, yay!
It was busy: lots of people, and we lucked out to get a parking spot at all. This after meeting up much earlier than we originally planned. And there was a lot more uphill on the PG&E Trail than I remembered. We did successfully navigate every trail intersection despite both being a bit directionally challenged, haha.
Forgot my GPS watch, alas.
